The Spice Mi-495 sports a 4.5-inch TFT LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with 960 x 540 Pixels qHD resolution, also has Dual-SIM (3G+2G) slot functionality. the Screen features  OGS (One-Glass Solution) technology. The handset is powered by 1 GHz Dual-Core processor and 512MB of RAM. The company said Spice Virtuoso Stellar Mi 495 is only 9.5mm thick body also most slimmest android smartphone in India .

The internal Storage is 4GB , which is 1GB for Apps and 1.55GB allocated as a Internal SD card. Coming to the camera features, this mobile has 8 Megapixel primary (back) camera with Single LED Flash also has 1.3 megapixel Secondary (front) camera for Video Chat and 3G video calling.
